• Right to erasure – The data subject has the right to request the controller to erase personal data concerning them without undue delay.
• Right to restriction of processing – The data subject has the right to request the controller to restrict the processing of personal data concerning them.
• Right to object to processing – The data subject has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning them.
• Right to data portability – The data subject has the right to obtain personal data concerning them that they have provided to the controller and has the right to transmit that data to another controller. The controller is obliged, upon request from the data subject, to provide such data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint or a request to initiate proceedings with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
• Right to withdraw consent – The data subject has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
